Asking out a friend of yours...how to approach them...?

Question

So I like this friend of mine who also likes me, but Im not 100% sure I wanna go out with her because I dont neseccarily wanna. I just like her a lot, and its hard wanting to stay single and like someone...that likes you back. So if I were to ask her out, what should I say? How should I approach my friend? Is it a good idea or bad, because shes a friend? Should I just tell her I like her and have it come out that way? Or should I be more "friendly" to her by doing "school-ish" things...like poking her and tickling her?

i say be friendly and start to tickle her and poking and telling jokes. also tell her that u like her and see if she wants to take things to the next step or not.

Seems to me that your not sure about liking her enough to ask her out, but if you are interested and are 100% ready too, then here's some advice: 1. Approach her like you normally would 2. I think you answered your question at the beginning when you said you're not 100% sure you wanna go out with her because you don't necessarily wanna. I would say, don't ask her out because you're not positive you like her.
