Run, run, run. And do some sit ups to tone your muscles. Never over do any form of exercise coz you will soon run out of steam. Instead, concentrate on building your workout gradually day by day. Good luck. And now that reminds me - I got to get cracking!

start walking every day. jog 3 times a week. twice a week do squats: 3 sets of 20. drink lots of water. Taebo tapes would be good for you too.

In sets of 100-200/day.

Well the cardio you can do is more running and or biking.
