No, women have more body fat than men. Men have a higher lean body mass, i.e. more muscle and bone. Women have approximately 8% more body fat than men. For example, an ideal body fat percentage for man is 12%-17% and for a woman, 20%-25% body fat would be ideal.

Women tend to have more body fat than men. Minerals and Vitamins are two different things however, they can both have beneficial effects on the body.

Actually a woman has a higher normal fat percentage than a man. If I remember correctly, it's something like women have around 22% and men have around 18%. Men have higher protien than women though. And I don't understand the last part of your question.

Women naturally have more, for childbearing. Obviously, this can be overcome, though that's not always healthy.
I'm not sure that minerals can be converted like that. Honestly, I'm not sure but it's still good to take a decent multivitamin/mineral.

it is the other way round. Minerals cannot be changed but foods which contain carbohydrates, proteins and fat can be.
