Do you have any cinnamon? Pare, core and chop an apple into uncooked oatmeal. Add a pinch or two of cinnamon, cook as usual. When done, pour 2-4 Tablespoons of soy milk on it, depending on consistency of oatmeal, and how thick you like it. Serve with a nice cup of hot tea.

No matter, just make sure that you are eating breakfast, and if you keep it the same each morning, you will not overeat.
Stick to things that give you energy throughout the day-Oatmeal and maybe half an orange with tea is the perfect combination.
Alot of just one thing is never a good idea.

Grapefruit by itself is an excellent breakfast. Stay away from the dairy, it's really not good for you like the people at the dairy companies want you to believe. Just stay with the fruits and grains and you'll be full of energy.

Make oatmeal and put fresh strawberries in it. Or add fresh fruit to some yogurt for breakfast.

I would add eggs or egg whites if you like them. I would not touch lunchmeat. It is poison for your body. I would also stick with soy over any dairy. It has many benefits but especially for a woman. Why would you want to drink another mammals mothers milk? we are not designed to consume dairy but many of us have developed a tolerance for it over the centuries.

I personally would have oatmeal with a Tbsp of shredded cheese mixed in and a mixture of all the fruits.
