my sons tonsils and adnoids came out 3 days ago and he still sounds like a cartoon character. will he ever get his old voice back or was it rusky just because of the vibration off the swollen glands?

yes, he will get his voice back, it just takes time. Give it about a week and a half or two.

aww mommy he will don't worry...my mom had the same surgery too and she is fine well the tonsils at least..good luck buy him ice cream!

his voice will return to normal. give his body a little more time to heal.
