Honey will not do anything to your but cause a huge mess. If you're looking to moisturize your hair and stimulate growth you can combine olive oil and coconut oil as a hot oil treatment and either sit under a hair dryer or wrap a warm towel from the dryer and sit. Rinse after 20 minutes.

Coconut oil and honey together as a leave-in conditioner?! OMG! Don't. It' ll make your hair sticky like nobody's business. Use it as a pre-shampoo treatment. Equal parts of honey and the oil should be good. Amount depends on how much hair you have. Leave it on for an hour or so and shampoo off.
