Forget the orajel for longer relief, any topical anesthetic will wear off in 10 or 15 minutes. For the best pain control by over the counter medication, take Advil. Or buy a generic to save money (Ibuprofen). It works quite effectively.

You probably should get them out ASAP. The
problem with many wisdom teeth is that they are
impacted, meaning the roots are in or around the
jawbone. Many times the tooth will try to break
the skin and come out but it can't, hence, the
horrible pain. It might break thru--I hope so.
But this might be a reoccurring thing until they're
removed.

You have to go to your general dentist, have a pan x-ray taken and see what he says.
He will probably write you a referral to an oral surgeon to get your wisdom teeth taken out.

you should go to the walk in clink or eat ice cream, at less the clink will give you a stronger medicine,

I like alieve and Advil . Go to the dentist they will give your some tabs .
