If you file electronically, the feds usually "dump" direct deposits on 2 Fridays out of the month. Depending on when you sent it in (off) anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. If you want your return mailed, about 4 weeks. As far as I know you can't file the State Tax Electronically yet, that will take about 6 weeks to get it back after you mail it.

Around 9 or 10 business days if you go with direct deposit.
