Nobody whether a believer or non believer of God is spared of thid the two words.But when we say so do we really think of the almighty or it is just another word ...

Just a saying. We say a lot of things without really thinking about their origin.

Consider that the days of the week are named after Pagan gods. People use them all the time and don't even think about it.

Hey, how do you Christians know when I say "Oh God" I'm not referring to Loki?

I would hope you do understand that "God" isn't your deity's name. It is just a title. And to answer your question, most people only mean "Oh God" as an exclamation and nothing more. Notice how often it is said in the same tone as "Oh ****".

Both. Female - Most of the time exclamation and Male - Most of the time faith.

No, it is more than just words. It is taking the Lord's name in vain which is breaking His law.
