Save your money. The idea of this scam is to reduce cortisol, which is produced during times of stress or activity. It won't actually help reduce bodyfat that much, exercise does that. A better and healthier substance would be L-Glutamine, which helps reduce cortisol as well and is much cheaper. Relora by NOW products is a good product also, does the same thing and is cheaper too.

There's really no substitute for exercise and good diet.

A recent Swedish study (1st link), conducted by the Swedish equivalent to the FDA, of a number of major weight loss pills and remedies, came to the conclusion that none of them worked. Basically saying that all over the counter weight loss remedies are scams!

There is A LOT of money to be made in the weight loss market. The projected 2007 US market (2nd link) for weight loss products is a staggering US$ 157.6 billion!!!

As far as this particular remedy is concerned, it contains 100% fiber, so you might as well get some Benefiber tablets, they will help you lose weight as much as Lipozene will.

Your best bet is to go with a diet which you will continue for life. The G.I. Diet (3rd link) is one such diet. It is very easy to follow, and doesn't leave you hungry, and you will see rapid weight loss.

Good Luck!
