You could take 30, and you would never get a "high". Vicodin possesses a narcotic called hydrocodone. This is the part of the vicodin that would get you a euphoric feeling, or a "high". Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) is an over-the-counter low level pain-killer. It is a NSAID or Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug It has no narcotic in it and will never give you a "high" feeling. If you want that feeling, you would need something like: Tylenol w/ Codeine, Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycontin, Darvocet, MS Contin, or Dilaudid

Ibuprofen is an NSAID, not a narcotic and does not have the same effect as vicodin.
That's why one is over the counter and one is prescription only.
Doesn't matter how many you take, you will not get any high off ibuprofen.

if your looking to get messed up off something OTC then your basically looking in the wrong place, only thing i can think of is that ephedrine can give a slight buzz, and if ALL else fails, DXM (dextromethorphan) ALONE, can cause some crazy visuals.
P.S. - do NOT buy coricidin cough and cold, these could cause your multiple problems in the short and long run, if your going to attempt this, pick the right product at least, robutussin cough gels.

You can't get narcotic effects from ibuprofen, but you can damage your kidneys or cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Come to think of it, you could take enough to bleed out, and just before you pass out and die, you'll have a similar effect, which might be just the right thing. Social Darwinism?

are u crazy lol...you cant get high off of that. Smoke a bluntt instead, or go 2 the docor and play off that your neck or back is killing you and get perkZ or vikZ. Or just find someone who got vicZ and buy some. you wont get high off of ibuprofen, you'll end up throwin all it up. And I wouldnt do DXM, all that does is make you feel drunk. Your betta off getting drunk

Hi 2,400 mg of ibuprofen taken over several day may make you loopy, but look at the first answers. Just say no.

Are you serious? Can't get high on ibuprofen and if you OD on it you can go into kidney failure or have intestinal bleeding. :-l

If take enogh of them it will make you dizzy when you stand up and if you take too many it can kill you they are not a narcotic so not a drug that will make you feel good..
