A program that takes small files and organize them into several 700/4300mb groups?

I'm looking for a program that takes a set of small files, about 1-100mb and organize them into several 700/4300mb groups (e.g. to not waste any space on a cd-r/dvd-r)

Anyone know of such an app? I had one but I forgot the name.
