Of course.but that's not me,it's my aunt who took my nutritionist friend's advice to start eating salad only for dinner containing roman lettuce,tomatoes,strawberries and a lot of balsamic vinegar and little olive oil.She ws daignosed as overweight--145 pounds at the age of 60 and with a height of only 164cm which isn't a good sign.Yet,what was incredible was that since her diet,she had lost 9 pounds in 7 days!

i hope by raw food you mean fruits and vegitables. any raw meat or byproducts would be very very bad to eat
