As a guy, I don't mind making the first move at all...but if the girl wants to be aggressive and start making out with me - then I won't be upset in the least! But before I make the first move, it is VERY helpful if the girl will at least give me some signs! Wanting to spend time together one-on-one is key, then I look for other subtle signs...maybe she'll find a seemingly innocent way to touch me somehow or drop some sort of flirty comment. If she'll go out of her way to do something special, that's always a good sign too. Once I feel like something might be happening - I'll feel okay to ask her out to dinner, or go out to a movie or something like that...and if THAT works well, then eventually we have that first kiss and there are all sorts of crazy fireworks and I get weak in my knees and ****. And hopefully, from there, things get a little eaiser. :)

Definately the girl making a move is hotter. I hate that the guy is "pressured" to make the first move. This is getting better but I believe if someone likes someone then they should just ask that person out.

It relies upon. If the guy is somewhat perceptive then he will have the skill to study the area -physique language and so on- and understand the thank you to make a circulate, and whilst. If a guy is way less perceptive, i could say that's terrific to talk out his thoughts to avert any awkward or 'extraordinary' situations. in my opinion I desire a guy who's sturdy at judging or dealing with a topic and appearing on and talking later. It shows me that the guy is helpful, able to think of independantly, has honest judgement and is able to study me. i like those features in adult males. that's all the way down to non-public decision. many women choose to sit down down and chat.

I personally don't mind when girls make somthing of a move but i would rather make the bigger moves. I mean like asking him out or coffee is good but maybe not an official first date. good luck ;)

With society the way it is these days, girls are completely in control. He could be scared that you might alert your boss that he came on to you and lose his job.

You don't need to ask him out. But- you could smile and tell him that you wouldn't mind if he asked you.
