While you are talking on break at work, ask her if she would like to go and have lunch. If she has already made other plans, ask if you could get a rain check and maybe a day or so later, ask her about lunch again. She may be as shy as you are. And then again, since you do so much talking at work, she might just decide that you are not interested in anything but work and find another date. After you have a lunch date, ask for a dinner date. And remember 1. to be a gentleman 2. women like chivalry

Find out what she really likes, whether it is a flower, a box of chocolates, whatever. Maybe you can try to leave her one of her favorite things on her desk with a note asking her out to dinner. I just hear this kind of stuff from movies and other sources. Haven't tried it, but I think it may work in some cases.

Since I'm a girl, the best way would be to get enough courage to go up and ask her personally! If that's too nerve racking, just maybe write her an email or letter. It's a way to make them understand exactly how you feel without you forgetting something if you go up and actually asking her.

there r a few ways to ask a girl out. 1 is directly just flat out ask her. 2 either email or call her. 3 have a friend do it for u. but girls like a guy who doesn't beat around a bush about a relationship.

don't use any cheesy pick up lines, that is a total turn off. but you can be romantic and write her a little note, like how about you, me, some food on friday night? something sweet, or you could just go up to her and ask her out. girls like it when guys are up front, and take the initiative..good luck
