I have a question for girls, what is the best impression you could ever make?

while walking, lets say around maybe a mall, or maybe walking to work, you know what I mean, could a smile work but thats just not a usual smile has to have some kind of a flavor can you (female) tell me what kind of smile or maybe an eye contact should I make for a girl to be interested ? any advise? any other moves ?

I have always wanted a guy to write "I want to meet you" on a sign and walk past me with it, that would make me laugh and cut to the chase. ^_^
