In the US, you have

1. The right to remain silent
2. The right to an attorney (even if you have no money)
3. The right to a speedy trial (although you really don't want a speedy trial)
4. The right to bail.
5. The right to be arraigned within a reasonable period of time (usually 48 hours).
6. The right not to be treated with cruel and unusual punishment.
7. If you go to trial, you have the right to cross examine and confront witnesses against you to to put witness of your own on the stand.
8. You have the right to testify or not to testify.
9. You have the right to be told what you are being charged with (but your attorney should really do this and may waive the right to have the court tell you).
10. You have the right to food and medical care in the jail.

There are a lot of rights, when you get down to it, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Very little at the time of arrest. If you are going to be questioned then the Miranda right have to be given with in a REASONABLE TIME.You do not have the right to a phone call, privacy, food unless you are being held. Your under arrest, what do you expect

You have the right to keep your mouth shut. Anything you say will be twisted and misinterpreted and used against you.
You have the right to resist the arrest, in which case you will be gassed, tased, beaten, and shot.
You have the right to an attorney, and since you can't afford a decent one, the state will supply you with a incompetent idiot who will tell you to plead guilty.
