my sister who is 25 need to have denral work as soon as possible because her teeths are in really bad shape. some are rooten what do you think she need to have done to improve her smile.

Dentures are never the best option... IF she still has roots she can get bridges and crowns... if the roots are too bad to save she should get a set of implants... They are expensive, but almost the same as having your natural teeth back. Once she gets the dentures the implants won't be an option for long, because the bony ridge in the jaw will gradually resorb back into the jawbone.

Tell her to only do it as a last resort, even though all the other dental work isn't guaranteed, try to save some teeth. Don't listen to jason about the implants, you can go to implants just about whenever, unless you wait like 25 years to have them done, all they have to do is a bone graft to make it possible.

Dentures dont come with an age on them some times children even have to have them due to mouth trama.
It would be up to your sisters dentist for her best course of treatment

it depends on how bad her teeth are. Dentures are very expensive. Check with a dentist and see what he/she says.
