this goes to show that you are absolutely normal, being a real man, young one at that ! me too having the same problem many years back, either you focus on something else while being with her or masturbate before seeing her ! unless you two are at the stage that sexual relationship is ok, BUT remember always practice safe sex, all the time !
also, while dating with your gf, try to avoids being there just the two of you, stay away from seclude spots n dark area.

It sounds to me as though you are young and haven't had a girlfriend very long. I also believe that you and your girlfriend have not yet slept together. For this reason I say patience. Your spontaneous erections will settle down as you sexually mature.
