Everyone has given you the answer to what is perceived as differences in the color of a person's hair, but here are some facts they've overlooked. Blonde haired people have about 146,000 hairs on their head, Black haired people have 110,000. People with Brown hair have 100,000 and Redheaded individuals have roughly 90,000. It is also a fact that those people who are of Caucasian descent have the highest density (hairs per inch) and average growth (about 6 inches a year). People of African descent have medium density and the slowest growth rate. Those of Asian descent have the lowest density but the fastest growth rate (hence why most human hair extensions are made of Asian hair).
Hope this solves the mystery.

To me, what people say about redheads being hotheaded and blonds getting all the fun are simply stereotypes. No one can say every brunette acts or thinks the same way, because every sane person nowadays knows that's impossible.
And while the thought of knowing how a certain person functions is a very nice thought indeed, I think it's a bunch of nonsense that (unfortunately) some people still believe in.

I think alot of dumb blonde jokes just come from the fact that a blonde is eye catching on a girl becuase it is a very soft look and it can be beautiful and who knows beauty best than girls with a little bit of superficial bubbly way about them! But I personally im a natrual blonde who dies my hair dark brown consistantly Becuase I think that burnettes carry a beauty about them that is strong and mysterous and you kinda wanna know whats underneath. As for red heads they seem to come off as the natrual beauty like laying in a hay stack or something with long flowing hair. Since in this day and age people love to dye there hair might as well match it with your sexual personality!

I don't know about personality differences, but there is definitely a difference in how people act toward you/talk to you based upon your hair color. My cousin recently lost her hair and purchased two wigs - a blonde one and a red/auburn toned one. She can go to the same location and people will take her more seriously and treat her with more respect when she goes out as a red head as opposed to when she goe out as a blonde. Go figure.

There are stereotypes that go along with each type, particularly blondes and redheads. There are too many brunettes for them to be stereotyped I suppose. The dumb blonde and fiery redhead are stereotypes that are portrayed by the media and, unfortunately, sometimes acted out by girls with those hair colors. There is no inherent personality to each hair color. Half the blondes and redheads you meet probably aren't natural anyway.

I can't relate to the blond one... I like all hair colors. I love redheads. I know some pretty mild redheads, I think that stereotype is worthless. There's a stereotype about how brunettes are plain jane -- I think they're stunning.

i noe right... i like totally agree. wut is up with the saying blondes do it best, i mean how the hell does hair have to do with ur personality. i mean a brunette could act as a blonde but that doesnt mean hair color maters. i think its because of the saying blondes have more fun and so more people r dying their hair blonde just 2 be popular, which is so stupid. i mean y do u go with the saying when the stupidest thing like hair color actually doesnt matter.

How people act depend on their own choices, not their hair color. Some people, however, choose to live up to the stereotype of their hair color. Take my bestfriend for example, who just proved to me that some UNnatural blondes really ARE blonde in the inside :[ Hair color shouldn`t label people.
