Getting more burlesque shows?

I am an aspiring burlesque performer.. does anyone have any advice on how do i go about getting more shows.. both here in Canada and the states??

I wish you the best of luck. What kind of shows are you looking for? If you want private shows I would watch the newspapers and seek out people that may be interested through the classifieds. If you are looking for more public, than I would contact different clubs in the areas that you are looking to perform. Good luck!!!
