Bottom right wisdom tooth, it's got the cavity and is infected. I just got 9 teeth pulled yesterday, and I was given mild pain pills and I have 0 pain plus I have 25 stitches and dentures, didn't hurt a bit. Had 15 shots of Novocaine, it's all good do them both and get it behind u so u can go about your life without this fear of the unknown. If u don't dwell on the pain, u won't feel it.

It all depends. If you have enough space you do not have to have them removed. If they are decayed and hurting, have them extracted as soon as possible. There is nothing wrong with having the four of them extracted at the same time. I have done that many times with no problem. The pain could come from a pericoronitis ( an infection around the tooth) which most times it is traumatic (the upper one biting on the gum over the partially erupted lower one) I treat it by extracting the opposite one and prescribe antibiotics and strong analgesisc. Also follow the post op instructions.

It's really not bad to have more than one out at once. I had all four of mine taken out in one shot even though only one was causing pain. The other three were impacted so my gums had to be cut open and each tooth chipped out piece by piece. I was back eating solid foods in a week.
If you get them both taken out at the same time, you'll only experience one bout of swelling, a few days of pain, and a few days of eating soft foods. If you get them taken out at different times you have to double the number of days you have swelling and pain, plus risk the other tooth causing you problems.
What I had done was more invasive than just pulling the teeth. If you are just getting the teeth pulled, you'll probably be better in less than a week.

well I have one of wisdom tooth coming out and in the beginning it was giving me lots of problems and I had a lot of pain. I went to my dentist and he said that you have to let it come out all the way. Now that its out, I don't want to remove it. I am scared that its going to hurt when I remove it.
my grandma said its ok and that I should leave it alone. its not going to be of any harm to me.
if you still want to pull them out then ask ur dentist.

i got all my wisdom teeth taken out at once. and i was like 15 and my teeth were still in my gums so it was pretty painful but i didn't to go back and take them out. and after a few days the pain went away. i couldn't eat hard foods but either way you won't be able to. that is my opinion. anyway good luck i hated getting mine out. but ifyou're older and your wisdome teeth have grown out of your gums it isn't suppose to be that painful (or so i have heard from my family and friends).

get both pulled at the same time. You won't have to take time from your schedule to get the other one out if you get them both removed at the same time. Besides they will give you some good drugs to help with the pain.

Why are you being your own dentist and trying to make those choices? A dentist will decide that for you period. If you can't afford to see a dentist, try finding a dental clinic that allows you to pay on a sliding scale according to your finances.
