put it into a metal can, like a corn can until it's full, then make a birdfood stake and set it on the stake outside for the animals to snack on. then recycle the can and use a new can.

Go dump it at the oil recycling center nearest you... Or if you've got a lot of it you can find someone that makes their own diesel fuel from cooking oil and give it to them.

Actually there are people who are searching for your used oil. They convert it into fuel for their cars. It is like Bio-diesel only they using vegetable/cooking oil. I would say to look around locally for someone who converts their diesel engine over.
