I am a 17 year old female, 5'4 and i weigh 115 lbs. I just want to get toned and I want to know in how long i will be able to tell.

Hey you're on the right track, good job! My only suggestion is to not do resistance exercises (weights, squats, etc) every day, to allow your muscles to recover. Actually, you shouldn't run every day either for the same reason. As you become more advanced, you may want to increase the amount of time and intensity of your workouts. Also, try mixing things up once in a while as your body grows accustomed to the same routine every day.

You'll see results fairly soon. The first thing you'll notice is you'll become more physically capable (run faster, lift more, etc). Before long you'll notice your clothes fitting a little different, though from your description you're already looking good. Keep off the scales, tho', since they're deceptive and only cause neuroses. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Don't neglect your diet and get plenty of rest, and very soon you'll see results. Just stick with it. Good luck!

Do it daily, increase your heart rate, cut those calories!
