Both he and the coach gave thanks, and glory, to God. That really warmed my heart. I was praying for the Colts to go to the Superbowl, since the Patriots had been there already several times. Wasn't it nice to hear people say thanks to God like that?

Yes, I heard him giving thanks to God. And for those of you who were saying "does your God have something against New England?" the answer is no, but it's just nice that the Colts owners gave thanks to God, since he created everything/everyone.

I'm sure the same people that prayed that the Red Sox would win 4 in a row and overcome the yankees a few years ago, prayed for New England.

Now that was a miracle haha.

Yes I did, and it is amazing. I don't think the atheist like to hear it though. But yeah I'm hoping the colts win the superbowl.

By the way, I love your name☺.

Yeah, God wouldn't take sides in a game...but I prayed for the Colts anyway, lol. God did give them their abilities and talents, so it was cool to hear that.

Ditto...Tony is a wonderful Christian with a great testimony. It was truly amazing to see more than a token gesture pointing towards heaven. I loved the boldness that both owner and coach had in proclaiming God!!! As for all of the God haters answering this, I wouldn't dis God. God's hand is in control of everything, believe it or not.

I heard it, yes. Does that mean he favored the Colts over the Patriots? No. I was behind the Colts, but they were responsble for their actions, not God. I believe in and respect God, but I dont' believe He gets involved in the outcome of sporting events.

It was great, also great to know he meant it (he's given his testimony in Christian magazines/radio shows). I don't really care for the colts, but I can't stand the bears, so here's hoping they win.

So how come God didn't answer the Patriots' fans' prayers?
Or those of the New Orleans Saints' fans?

I really think he owes at least that much to the Big Easy!

How come they never blamed god the past several years when they lost? It must have been gods fault that they lost how else could it be gods doing now that they've won?
