So I met this guy at college and we have hung out a few times around campus (he is in one of my classes) now for whatever reason we don't really talk much. Do you think he has moved on? I want to get him to like me and he looks at me like he really wants me bad. I am thinking tons of eye contact and smiles and be my normal happy self. What do you think? Should I try anything else?

Why don't you touch him harmlessly? You know when you walk up to him.....graze his body with yours, or just explore and compliment his ....shoulders, or arms, or hands, or?

I'd say flash your boobs, but that wouldn't be a practical solution.
Send him a 'hello' email to avoid finding out he has a boyfriend face-to-face ;-)
