ok i dont need to lose weight but ive been doing alot of crunches.. and tonight i was doing crunches i did 200 then all of a sudden when i was done i starting burping alot?

I would think that while doing the crunches... your stomach was expanding and contracting which created air pockets. Also, when you are performing crunches, your breathing is a little different. You might have been holding your breath inadvertantly, or just swallowed some air. Good luck! You're making good progress!

If you have a spare tire you need to be doing some type of cardio exercise. If you want to tone, than you do the crunches. The best type of exercising for the cardio-vascular system would be running, cycling, or aerobics. These type of exercises help you burn off the extra. Good luck in loosing you weight.
