lets set a senario here. i've knowm this girl for 3 years now. and after about 2 i started to like her. and at fro the first 1 1/2 years she was always flirty with me. now for no reason she hates me, and she tells all her friends 2 stay away from me and i'm a bad person. i have heard from several of her freinds she likes me, and from a few she liked me and got over me. but when i ask her about it she gets really defensive. and then she gets the person who told me 2 tell me they were lying to me, or just messin around with me. and this has happened about 5 times. and i'm seriously about 2 give up on her. so to all you people out there. tell me if i should hold a little longer.

shes most likely hurt because she liked you alot when you first started hanging out but in a sence you rejected her
so now all she can see you as is the guy that hurt her
well you should just tell her that you like her by putting your self out there like that she may see you in a diffrent light
dont give up this girl liked you once before so its very very possible she would like you again if she knew how you felt about her.

Hmmm, Dating should not be so complicated...If someone is going back and forth with their feelings like this I doubt things will ever change. I do not know your age range, but if you are an adult...then I would say not to bother with her...First of all, if you have known her for years...you should have told her long ago how you felt...I think you left the milk out of the fridge to long....
Look...go find a new girl...new relationship and this time, don't wait until Rome falls a second time to tell her how you feel.

well do you know about any special problems she has had lately? maybe she's in a bad situation and she's just a bit confused... i think you should wait a bit longer. after all you've been with yet for 3 years. that's a long time to give up easily. try to talk to her about her life or why does she try to avoid you. good luck!

this girl was mad at me the end of last year and i forgot about it and now shes my best friend and i like her a lot

she's sounds as if she has a low esteem of herself and telling others about your bad side is her way of telling others off .believe me I've had similar experience shes very madly in love with you...............
