If you have paid for the use of this parking space, and it is part of your lease agreement, and another tenant is parking in your space, then call your landlord and let them call the offender and tell them to knock it off. They own/ run the building, they control who gets to live there and who doesn't. Let the landlord, or apartment manager's office handle the problem from now on.

EASY ANSWER:
1. Digital voice recorder. Even if he doesn't threaten you, he can be charged with disturbing the peace. I have had my butt saved by a digital recorder a few times. Whenever I arrest someone whom I think will be a problem I record the conversation:
2. If he doesn't come back call it good and just avoid him
3. When it comes the threats it has to be written or recorded. He doesn't need to know you are recording him. The law states that at least one person needs to know. That person is you. It keeps people from randomly recording people who don't know they are being recorded.
4. Also, just don't answer the door. You can also ask your neighbors if they heard what he said.
Good Luck

What did the police report say? If you call the cops again, since they already have a report on your neighbor, you could probably get a restraining order against him. Just remember to always think how could your actions affect you later. Good Luck!

WOW!!!! That is a big question..I was involved in one of those to once. And I know what your going thru. What I did was called my landlord and told him what was going on and I told him I didnt reallly want to move but for my safety I think I should move. Than I asked would you be kind enough to drop the lease. And he did drop the lease.
So maybe if you called your landlord and told him or her what is going on maybe he or she will drop the lease.

Carry a miniature recorder, get a few episodes on tape, take it to the police, and ask them how you can get him to stop the abuse.

It isn't illegal to be mean or to say mean things or to be a jerk. All you can really do is avoid him until your lease is up, and then move if you want to...
