Because many people aren't comfortable with religion. Religion is man made and not necessary if you want to follow a certain belief system.

I've seen alot of Theists on here claim to love Jehovah and Jesus and worship them/him, but claim to not be a part of any paticular religion.

Imo, Spirituality makes for a much better person.

Religion can teach us, the Holy Ghost is the spirit that confirms whether or not what we have been taught is true. Just because someone spouts something from the pulpit (or in this forum for that matter) does not make it truth. Only the Holy Ghost can testify of truthfulness to us. We have to gain enough experience to know when the spirit is acknowledging truth to us. I believe it is a life long process.

To me spirituality is connectedness through our non-physical self to the transcendent Eternal Creator.
Religion is a way of people with common beliefs to worship together. There is synergism in community worship.
