I got a horrible short hair cut awhile ago, like 2 months, and I started taking Hair Formula 37 and took it for 2 weeks then stopped becuase I got food poisoning. But I did see new growth after that, what ever vitamins you start taking or have been taking let it get into your system at a countinal basis becuase then your body reacts saying, hey these aren't going away lets use these nutrients. I am going to start taking them again, and get more. The shampoos are great to, my hair hasn't be snarly or tangly for 2 months! love it. But you really can't have instant growth, you have to let your hair grow on its own. You can help it by taking hair vitamins, having a healthy diet, drinking lots of water, i have heard excercising helps too becuase it promotes better circulation. But whatever you do, stick with it, and you will see results. Maybe not as much as you want, but over time your hair will be where you want it. I hope I helped!

unfortunately you can't. Taking multi vitamins can promote healthier hair growing out from your folicles. But there is nothing that can magically put your cells into overdrive to grow hair faster.

I've heard that you could take prenatal vitamins...they sell them at walmart. Will make your nails grow too.

trimming your hair regularly actually makes it grow faster but you can also do hair extensions

natural hair poducts can increase hair growth but used it regulary and u will see improvement. start using cocunut oil,shikakai powder and natural home remedies
