its really expensive, is there something cheaper? or is there a way i can download a not so upgraded photoshop?

how do you download GIMP? i dont know how...sorry im so retarded!

There is an open source - free software called GIMP. visit this link

i use the gimp as an alternative in university its as close as you will get to photoshop and its free.U should be able to download photoshop though

Ulead photoimpact. It is much cheaper and easier to use, Version 6 was available for free from many sites.
