I am a licensed hairstylist. Try using Matrix So Sleek. The shampoo and conditioner are awesome and your hair will improve almost immediately. Also, the Matrix Hair Masque is a great reconditioner!

Garnier sleek and shine, try using the shampoo, and a deep conditioner from the Garnier line, then after blowdrying or straightening your hair apply a small amount of anti-frizz serum, it adds a very glisteny texture.

There really isn't much you can do, although a steam hair treatment at a salon will help , they use a treatment pack and then put your hair under a steamer for 30 minutes, it makes it much softer, the hair thats gonna break will break anyway though but the treatment will make it look better.

u must use a shampoo and conditioner for colour treated hair. it also keeps the colour for longer. and use a protein treatment once or twice a month, depending on how damaged ur hair is. l'oreal is good and u can find it at any salon.

i read in a magazine once that chris mcmillan, jennifer aniston's hair stylist, recommended taking any deep conditioner and slather it on your hair generously. then, take a wet wash cloth or towel depending on how long your hair is and put it in the microwave for a few seconds till it's warm. then, wrap it around your head and keep nuking it if it gets cold until its been about 20-30 minutes and wash. it should be rehydrated.

I too have very dry hair. I use Thermasilk. I love it. It's heat activated. You just use hot water when washing and conditioning your hair. And use cool almost cold water after youve rinsed out the conditioner. It helps close the cuticles.I also use the leave in conditioner then blow dry my hair. Now my hair isn't dry or breaking. I LOVE IT. Good luck

You should go to the salon and get a hair facial. It'll help to rehydrate and stuff, then they can help you find a shampoo and conditioner that's best for you.

Sounds like you over cooked it a little! Only cure for that is hair cut!!!! Those chemicals fry your hair, once its so dead, you can hang it up. Get it cut, and next time don't leave it in so long.
