I am one of the most vocal people you will ever see, I just clam up around the ladies. Its horrible. I'm losing hope what do i do?

if you are too shy to approaches a girl, then get your friend to come along, or starts with group activities, get to know your dreamed girl better n deeper through this kind of meeting, then narrow down the group number to eventually just the two of you !
simple thing like watching her favorite movies with her, borrow books, magazines, cd etc from her or Lents her yours. if she like sport then train with her or be her sparring partner, get her to sample her favorite foods/drinks at a selected restaurant/food court etc etc !
talks something that is within your expertise field, asks some open questions that give her the opportunities to starts the conversation, saying something that's related to the both of you etc etc !

Just be a gentleman and offer to hold open doors and stuff like that. Let the ladies know that you think they are looking good, you can whisper it in their ear or as you pass by, say hi beautiful, offer to take them to a chick flick and buy some popcorn(just buy one, then you have to share and maybe your hands will touch) if you are sitting in a close move your hand over hers just bearly touching it(hopefully it will give her the goosebumps) or when you reach around her place your hand on her shoulder if she pushes away don't do it again, she may like that you are touching her without it being naughty...
If you are talking about the other "moves" be careful not all girls like to have the moves put on them. Find out by asking her what the nicest thing a guy has done for her or what is the worst. Ask if she has ever had a guy try the stretch move(and put is arm around her) each girl will be different just find out what the "targets" likes and dislikes are. Good luck!

First of all you have to figure out what it is that makes you shy. Are you afraid of rejection? There's an old saying that goes, "You'll never know unless you try". The worst they can do is tell you "no". At least then, you know you can stop wasting your time on the ones that aren't interested, and move on to the ones who are! :)

You need to calm down and relax... Dont think you like her or she is pretty. She is just like any one else. Just like you, some one who wants to have fun and a good time be cool. As soon as you get past the first one you will learn to relax....

Get drunk! You shouldn't. But my now boyfriend couldn't keep his feelings to himself when he had too much to drink, he was really shy too.
