...that I haven't used yet, I save it in a container and the next day I bake it.
The dough isn't as nice and think as it was the day before, and after baking it, it's not fluffy and as fresh.
How do I keep it fresh and fluffy as if I just opened it?

You could try freezing it-exposure to the air is changing the components of the dough-it wouldn't be very convenient, though.
Also you could bake all the dough and keep the extra rolls in a ziplock, then reheat in a low oven for 10-15 minutes.

They probably won't be as fresh no matter what you do. Why not try making an appetizer out of your leftovers and freeze them for another time. Take two of the rolls (to make a square) add a small amount of salsa and cheese, roll (like a jelly roll) cut in to slices and place in the fridge for an hour or so, take them out and pop them into a freezer bag and place in the freezer for later. When you are ready to eat them let them thaw and bake them in the oven on 350 for about 8-10 minutes or until brown. When done serve with a salsa dip. They are really good this way.

As soon as you open it , take what you won't use and put it in the freezer, right away before it begins to rise too much, on a flat surface (unroll it first like you are going to bake it). After it freezes put it in a plastic bag and you can keep it for about a week.
Cook from frozen at a lower temp for a little longer.

Pillsbury makes crescent rolls in smaller quantity's...you can buy the tiny rolls that have only 5 rolls instead of 8 or 10. I don't think any way you do it, its going to be the same.

Put it in an air tight plastic baggy because in a container it holds in too much air that it ruins it.

it might be better to just make them all and then put the extras in a bag and reheat the next day.
