Is he asleep while he is taking off his clothes? Maybe he is sleep walking just not walking. Have you ever asked him why he does it? Why don't you ask him to see what he says, he may not be aware that he is doing it unless he is asleep and he wakes up wondering where his clothes are. Gives up alittle more information.

maybe he gets too hot in the middle of the night. sometimes i start off with a lot of clothes on and when i wake up in the morning i'm just wearing boxers or something like that. it's normal. as long as i'm normal too.
