Spencer, little cousin, look I need u to know that if ur not ready ur just not ready. So but if u really really think ur ready (ew gagg) then you need to say something really cute about her or to her that has something to do with the relationship then u caress her chin or touch her cheek w/the palm of ur hand then give a little peck and then go from there 2 the heavy duty kinda lip action. try to look 4 signs if she duznt want 2 or mayb just strait out ask her if she wants to.good luck lil cuz.
