Im 12 and I weigh 106, its not that much but the valentines dance is coming to my middle school,and i want to get a little skinner so i can fit into those jeans, by the way cute boys there Girls , Guys any ideas, please help me

I got nothing to say but work out and eat healthier...
Dont go in a major diet that makes you not eat for days on end. Maybe do half an hour of physical activity each day, maybe just play some sports outside or do 300 sit ups a day or something. I know it may be hard work and a waste of your time, but if you really want to get fit you have to dedicate yourself to it. But working out alone won't help you out if you dont eat right. Dont pig out on junk foods and chips and stuff (no matter how much you want it!!) Try to get into clubs or something, a great way to meet cute guys ;) Thier usually playing sports unless your into the smart, calm, cool type. Dont let the scale (or whatever u measure yourself wtih) let you down!!! And whatever you do, DONT GO ANOREXIC (somethin like that) OR BELEMIC!! Good luck ;)

Geez kid, you just 12. Be a bit careful about playing with your weight because you want to make sure that you take care of your healthy growth as well. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DISCUSS WHATEVER YOU DO WITH FAMILY DOCTOR.

For gr8 abs, probably push ups help the most.

For weight loss, you can look at the ideas in a book called G.I. diet. It looks at healthy eating foods that make you less hungry.



I would focus on something a bit farther away than your valentines dance. Respect your body which means don't look for quick fixes. Cute boys will be around during the next dance. For the short term, look for clothes that look good on you and have fun at the dance. At 12, I hope you don't get too serious with boys; usually being too serious has consequences I don't recommend.

For your reference, most quick fixes don't work and when they do, people get even fatter afterwards.

Take care of yourself. Be proud of yourself first and then worry about boys after.

Well if you don't want a gym membership, I suggest the traditional exercising and eating healthy. There is no such thing as too many stomach crunches. Make sure you eat breakfast to get your metabolism going. People who get 7-8 hours a sleep a night are typically skinner than people who get less than 7 hours. And, don't forget about your fruits and veggies. I heard that the three most beneficial exercises are running, biking, and swimming. I personally prefer running because it's a cheap sport. Hope that helps!

hey i think maybe the best way to get gr8 abs would be to do sit ups maybe 300 a day and go for long walks or run up n down stairs for Ur legs i found that was the best way
