I found it more difficult because I never gained extra weight untill I was in my 30's, I had to find new ways to eat and pay attention to my diet, at a time when I didn't have it to spare! It was all over the news last week that people, especially women, who have children eat more things they shouldn't because the kids want it. We always thought having children made you "fat", but thought it was the pregnacy.

I have actually lost more weight in my 30's than any other time in my life.

Yes, our metabolism is much slower now. We have to work a lot harder to lose weight than those who are in their twenties and younger.

yes the older you get the harder it is to lose wait your metabolism slows down your not as active as you use to be and many other reasons stress plays a factor and so on
