No, there is not a 4-door ranger available in the U.S. Interestingly, there is one in Mexico. The Explorer Sport trac is your closest bet.
In reality, a Sport Trac is a 4-door Ranger because the Ranger is built on an Explorer platform. The 2007 Sport Trac rides a heck of a lot better than a Ranger.

Nope only in markets outside of The US and Canada
The mexico ranger is based off the american ranger... the rest of the world apparently got another version of the ranger

Haven't seen a four door Ranger, but the SportTrac is good.

If you need to carry 4 passengers look into the f150.
Go to ford.com and customize a ranger, see if you can't add those two extra doors.

Currently there aren't any 4door ranger pickups available in the US. I wouldn't be surprised to see one in the US in the future though.
