I've been trying to maintain a healthy diet, trying to develop more healthy eating habits like consuming the required intake of water. But the problem is that I can't just drink regular, non-tasting water. I am addicted to caffiene and the main choice of receiving my caffiene intake is pop. I would drink pop sun up to sun down. So now I am trying to drink water, but only this flavored water that contains sugar (29 grams to be exact) could you still consider this unhealthy or healthy?

Nothing can take the place of water but water.

Try the following tips:

Keep a bottle of water on your night stand/by your bed.
Keep a bottle of water in the car.
Keep a bottle of water on your desk at work.
Keep a bottle of water by your computer/coffee table (if you watch a lot of TV) at home.
Drink 4 ounces of water before every meal (and work your way up).

A bottle = 8 - 16 ounces.

You'll be surprised at how much you go through in a day!

Is that done to make yourself feel better about what you ate on an emotional level or are you doing it because you really think it makes you healthier overall? Fruit actually has a lot of calories because if its natural sugars. I've heard that water dilutes stomach acids that would actually be breaking down the food faster (therefor limiting the time your body has to absorb fats, etc.) without it. This doesn't seem to be a good action to take for weight control. Nutritionally speaking, fruit offers good vitamins and nutrition and water is very good for you for detoxifying and keeping you properly hydrated, so that does, at least, some good :). It actually kind of reminds me of the binge and purge aspect of bulimia, though. That pattern of over-indulging and then taking strong, reactive measures afterwords. Bulimics will sometimes induce vomiting and sometimes exercise a lot in response to overeating. I say just try to stay in a reasonable mindset before, during , and after eating. If you overeat, maybe try to figure out why you did and what you'll do better next time. It's probably less effective to try to change it through some reaction that will make it better. Instead, you could put that energy and concern into not letting it happen in the first place and not letting it happen next time. Maybe eating more slowly, having a salad or the fruit as a side dish, and just taking 1 piece of pizza at a time will help you stay present while you're eating. If you think you are developing bad habits that could escalate to a really bad relationship with food, you could talk to a counselor or someone who is a professional in that area. Best Wishes!

Can of coke is 39... so you're still 3/4ths of a coke.

Definetly stay away from sugar substitutes though, they've been shown to do worse for your weight.
