I was actually going to tell you the same thing as Christie D just above me.

Otherwise, if he's not banded, take him to the vet and ask for an approximation. That's your best bet. They can sometimes tell by their feet and beak how old they are within at least a couple of years.

If he has a closed band on one leg it will have a two digit number that goes sideways. This is the hatch year. Other than that, you can only guess an approximate age.

An avian vet can give a rough approximation of age, but other than that, it's hard to find once it's reached adulthood.
