I have fine hair and I have the same problem that you do. The shampoo and conditioner that I use make a big difference in the way my hair works. You have to try different kinds and find the one that works best on your hair. I found that if I color my hair it stays better. You can also use a product to spray on you hair before you curl it. That gives it a little more body. I use White Rain X-tra hold hair spray in the pump and it works pretty good to hold it in place. You can also get a permanent which helps too!

You could try mousse. It works for me. Besides hair spray makes me sneeze.

You can try that Garnier wax stuff to mold your hair into shape. I've never personally used it though.

You should try to do it regularly, so that your hair doesn't get so damaged... try putting into a pony tail one day or just letting it fall naturally... natural bed head is so in on the runways this season.
