No. There are many types of food poisoning and food borne diseases, not just hepatitis A. It can be like E.coli like in the recent fast-food taco restaurant or from Staph poisoning from eating bad cakes.

Hep A usually causes weakness and patients may develop a yellowing of the skin called jaundice.

So depending on the symptom, presentation, and even lab data, there are many causes of food poisoning, not just Hep A.

No. One of the symptoms of Hep A is nausea, but food poisoning doesn't cause/isn't indicative of Hep.
