You may not always know unless you go to a vet. A couple of years ago my dog displayed all "signs" of being pregnant (most of what other people answered), but 3 months later, it turned out to be a false pregnancy.

did she go into heat? and if so did you breed her with a male? most of the time it only takes one tie to take and then you will have a litter of pups in 63 days, if you dont know these questions then she will start to show signs of her being pregnant, one is her teats will start fill with milk and her belly will start to get big, also her appitite will increase some, but later in the pregancy she may not want to eat alot, I would make an appointment with your vet and he can palpate and see if he can feel any pups, also the vet will most likely want to do a altra sound to see how many she is going to have and also to see if she will be able to deliver without any problems, so that is my suggestion is to make a call to the vet to get her in to be seen, I hope this has helped and good luck, if she is pregnant Congrads on the new puppies!!!!!!

get her sonogram or x ray at your vet other than that you will not know there are lots of phantom pregnancies with dogs they can how all the signs and even produce milk and not be pregnant.
