Yes, this is one I got from my doctor (sitting next to my computer!)

Hep B-2: once between 1-4 mo
Hep B-3: once between 6-18 mo
DTap: 2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, 15/18 mo, and 4-6 yr
Hib: 2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, and 12/15 mo
Polio: 2 mo, 4 mo, and 6-18 mo
MMR: 12/15 mo
Chicken pox: 12-18 mo
Pneumococcal: 2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, and 12/15 mo
Hep A Series: 24 mo - 12 years (once)
Influenza: yearly before flu season

This is just a general chart and may include some that your child doesn't need or may exclude some he/she does need. Hope this helps!

Here is a childrens immunization table, if that's what you're asking about:

http://www.cdc.gov/nip/recs/child-schedule.htm#printable

If you are asking the dosage for a specific medication, you need to let us know what medicine, how old is the child, how much do they weigh, etc.

Hope this helps you out. Take care.

Yes there is. This table contains all the different types of vaccinations, their doses, route of administrations, and the time and interval as to when they need to be given. However, for practical reasons, this is purely for use by the medical and health professionals.
