It means that you were just so horny that your body decided to take matters into it's own hands, and provided a dream to relieve itself. The fact that your unconscious mind painted your ex's face on that body that was pleasuring you, has nothing to do with your boyfriend. It was an unconscious dream after all. Something that should not cause any guilt feelings whatsoever.
Enjoy the free O. Hope for more such graphic dreams. And don't tell the boyfriend. If he was giving you all that you needed, would you be having those dreams to begin with?

It doesn't mean anything. You shouldn't tell your b/f or he is going to think you must still have feeling for your ex. Your mind sometimes
uses someone familiar to you as away of expression. Dreaming about your ex does not mean anything. You had a sexual dream and your mind focused on your ex. Sometimes I have dreams like that but it doesn't mean I don't love my husband or want to leave him. Don't tell your boyfriend anything. The less men know the better. If you tell him that it might come and bit you in the *** later on.

Don't tell your boyfriend dreams are just your minds way of working out excess desires. Maybe because you haven't given your ex much thought lately your mind was letting you know you've still got pent up sexual frustrations involving him. Sex dreams are not always about the person you put in them. Probably you need to spice up your sex life with you current guy and you're wanting it to be like it was with your ex.
Just break out the handcuffs and give you boyfriend an early valentines day gift.

One of the most common dream themes is about sex. From a clinical perspective, dream images of sexuality are rarely, if ever, expressions of “love.” In the unconscious—the origin of all dreams—sexual images and feelings signify a narcissistic need to be seen or to be noticed as a way to compensate for a deep fear of being abandoned or ignored.

That is normal. I get those every once in a while. It is the female equivalent of the male "wet dream."
Telling your bf about it depends on his maturity level and personality. If he's prone to arguments due to insecurity, then dont bother mentioning.
Enjoy your orgasm dreams in private. And may you have many more. :)

Don't tell the BF, that's just childish to think you must reveal every private thought.
Dreams are just dreams and mean nothing in the scheme of things. Enjoy them. They are an innocent way of experiencing things without the reality of the consequences.

We all have dream, we all have wet dreams, just make sure it's a dream and nothing else. :)
Sometimes, we dream of things we missed, just be glad your ex was once an important person in your life and he still is.
If you hadn't met him back then, you might not be the person you are today. :)

maybe you are subconciously bored with the intimacy between you and your boyfriend. try spicing things up and also you are blessed to have an orgasm in your sleep...
