Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold weights in each hand.
Slowly lean side to side.
You kinda have to work with it until you feel what positions work, and how fast and everything.

stand with your feet shoulder width apart, with your right arm outstretched move it above your head reaching as far as you can to the left side of your body. Hold for a period of 5 seconds. Repeat this process with your left hand outstretched and move it above your head reaching as far as you can towards the left side of the body. Again holding for 5 seconds. Repeat this process 20 times with each hand. Those love handles will disappear in no time.
Jogging works, also.
another exercise to do is lie down flat on your back, bend your knees, like in a sit-up position. Then let your knees fold over to the right side. After doing that, raise your head towards your waist lifting your shoulder-blades off of the floor. Do this 20 times.
Repeat this process folding your knees over towards the left side of your body. Do this 20 times. If you do these exercises, you are going to be sore at first, but in the end you will find that the soreness at first is worth it. Have fun doing ur exercises.

Oblique crunches are great for targeting what many people refer to as their love handles. Oblique crunches work primarily the obliques and the upper abs because you are performing spinal flexion and rotation.
Instructions

Keep reading below.

* Lie on your back with knees bent, hands behind your head.
* Keeping lower back pressed into the floor, lift your shoulder blades off the floor and then curl your upper body diagonally across your body towards your right knee.
* Contract your abs and obliques as hard as you can at the top of the movement.
* Resist on the way back down.
* Repeat either on the same side or alternating sides
hope this helps....

I don't know about thighs but spot training generally doesn't work. I suggest doing some cardio to get rid of extra fat. I would also add in some oblique workouts (side crunches, etc) to maybe help tone up that love handle area. Try doing back and side-back exercises like planks.

Yea, one is those side to side exercises where you lean to the left , then the right, slowly instead of doing crunches. Also, I've seen people do crunches and then "roll" or do them side to side and lastly I've worked with like a 10 lb. medicine ball with a partner standing behind me and he would hand to me on one side and I hand to him on the other. The old broom stick twist like the Chubby Checkers dance move should help too.

For the outer thighs why not lie down on your side and do leg lifts using you leg that's on top? You want to concentrate on repetitions and less wt., for toning. Don't overdue it.

Inner thighs. Try to squeeze a basketball together. Anything that brings you legs together under some pressure.

ps. like the person said above, local gyms have GOOD equipment for thigh conditioning and less and less gyms have contract issues!

Boy I'm tired. Going to bed..

any back strengthening exercise

if your local gym has a machine that works the lower back that is perfect for the love handle area thats what i use and i have seen good results

another good exercise is to lay on your stomach with your arms at your sides and lift your feet and chest off the ground..it really works the back...do reps of 20-50 depending on your strength

Try working on your intellect and mind, instead of focusing on your corporeal shell.

Unless you don't have much to offer in the "mind" section, yeah?
