I have seen those kind of dogs on the internet and want one one day... but they are way out of my price range... I so want one though, they are so adorable

Go to you local shelter. They have lots of cute mixed breeds (and even purebreds) to choose from.

I don't know where you live but Central NY Collie Rescue has a 1 year old Basset/Spaniel Mix up for adoption. She had a litter of 10 puppies that are also available.

Try looking at adoption websites, and maybe at a rescure, the dogs there need homes. and there are alot of different types. You could try looking there.
Or if you are willing to pay money for one, search google for a local breeder, so you wont have to ship the pup to you.
