Corruption is the natural growth from power and greed. One possible solution would be to make all officials found guilty of corruption, eligable for a neck treatment we in the military trade used to call the "Istanbul Twist". We could hire a few Iraqi chiropracters to practice spine straightening with hemp ropes.

We could sell tickets and pay per views to get back some of the stolen money and maybe pay down the national debt.

Political corruption and intentional bad manners are two crimes for which I heartily endorse the death penalty.

Make stringent laws for persons indulging in corrupt practices, enforce such laws ruthlessly, make all laws and dealings transparent, reduce dicretionary powers of persons in authority, persons who are in a position to dole out favours and above all educate and enlighten the general public. A high standard of education discourages corruption for an enlightened public is the biggest safeguard against corrupt practices.

Sorry buddy. Lets ask, for the sake of argument, how many corrupt practices have you perpetrated in your life so far (the small and big ones)? None? Really? I think we should be asking of how it can be minimised, just like a recent question on how to eradicate poverty. Everybody needs to do their bit. Are you ready to do yours?
